冠状动脉搭桥术患者临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the fatality rate in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting and influences factors and evaluate the clinical efficacy of coronary artery bypass surgery and long-term follow-up.Methods: 275 patients were telephoned follow-up, who were conducted the coronary artery bypass grafting in department of cardiac surgery, The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010.The patients with postoperative deaths, complications, and analysis the correlation between them were recorded to evaluate the clinical efficacy in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting operation.Results: In the actual follow-up of 275 cases, the death patients in perioperative and postoperative patients were 16 and the fatality rate was 5.92%.The complications were less and the higher fatality rate was in patients with several severe basic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and heart failure.Conclusion: The coronary artery bypass grafting has a better long curative effect in patients and the more significant treatment upon patients without basic diseases.The present study suggests that the coronary artery bypass grafting is one of the effective means in treatment of coronary heart disease.%目的:分析冠状动脉搭桥术后患者的病死率及其影响因素,评价冠状动脉搭桥术后临床效果及远期疗效.方法:对2006年1月至2010年12月在河北医科大学第二医院心脏外科进行冠状动脉搭桥术275例患者进行了电话随访,收集记录术后患者死亡人数、并发症.结果:实际随访270例术后患者,围手术期和出院后死亡16例,病死率为5.92%;术后并发症较少,患有较严重的基础疾病如糖尿病、高血压和心衰等疾病的患者病死率较高.结论:冠状动脉搭桥术后患者具有良好的远期疗效,且对没有基础疾病的治疗效果更为显著,提示,冠状动脉搭桥术是冠心病治疗有效的手段之一.
