移动管理平台对2型糖尿病中医证候积分的影响

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the effect of mobile management platform on TCM symptom score in type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) . Methods: 140 T2DM patients admitted into the endocrinology department of Tongzhou district Chinese Medicine Hospital of Beijing from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 70 cases in each group. Control group was given routine blood glucose therapy; intervention group was given management in mobile management platform based on control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. The changes of TCM symptom scores before interven-tion and after intervention for 3 months were observed. Results: The total effective rate of intervention group was 92.86% (65/70), which was higher than 77.14% (54/70) of control group (P＜0.05); The total effec-tive rate of qi-yin deficiency in intervention group was higher than that in other differentiation ( P＜0.05) ; Af-ter intervention for 3 months, the TCM symptom score of intervention group was (10.84±2.32) points, which was lower than (15.97±3.95)points of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Mobile management platform in T2DM patients can decrease the TCM symptom score, control the level of blood glucose, help medical staff closely monitor blood glucose of patients, develop the management ability of medical staff.%目的:评价移动管理平台对2型糖尿病中医证候积分的影响.方法:选取2015年1 月至2016年5月就诊于北京市通州区中医医院内分泌科的140例2 型糖尿病患者,根据随机对照法随机分为两组.对照组70例,行常规血糖治疗;干预组70例,在对照组基础上利用移动管理平台对患者进行管理.比较两组临床疗效,并观察干预前、干预3个月后中医证候积分变化.结果:干预组治疗总有效 率为92.86%(65/70),较对照组的77.14%(54/70)高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预组中气阴两虚型治疗总有效率较其余分型高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预3 个月后,干预组中医证候积分(10. 84±2.32)分,较对照组的(15.97±3.95)分低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:移动管理平台应用于2型糖尿病中既有利于降低患者中医证候积分、控制血糖水平,又可帮助医务人员密切监测患者血糖现状,培养医务人员管理能力.
