miR-381在食管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective:To investigate the expression of miR-381 in tissues of esophageal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods:108 cases of esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object,and the QRT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of miR-381 in postoperative cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues.Analyzed the relationship between the expression of miR-381 and the clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer patients. Results:The expression of miR-381 in esopha-geal cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues(0.47 ± 0.22 vs 1.02 ± 0.97), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression level of miR-381 in esophageal cancer was closely related to the TNM staging,differentiation degree,infiltration degree and lymph node me-tastasis (P <0.05),and the expression level of miR-381 in esophageal cancer tissues had no significant cor-relation with clinicopathological features such as gender,age,tumor diameter and tumor location(P> 0.05). Conclusions:MiR-381 in esophageal cancer is low expression, and its expression level is closely related to the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer,miR-381 may be a potential biomarker for the diagno-sis of esophageal cancer and a new therapeutic target.%目的:探讨miR-381在食管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法:选取我院收治的108例食管癌患者为研究对象,采用QRT-PCR法检测患者术后癌组织及癌旁正常组织中miR-381的表达水平,并分析miR-381表达与食管癌患者临床病理特征的相关性.结果:食管癌组织中 miR-381的表达明显低于其癌旁正常组织(0.47±0.22 vs 1.02±0.97),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食管癌组织中miR-381的表达水平与食管癌 TNM 分期、分化程度、浸润程度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤直径及癌肿位置等临床病理特征无明显关系(P>0.05).结论:食管癌组织中miR-381呈低表达,且其表达水平与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关,miR-381可能是食管癌特异性诊断的潜在标记物和治疗新靶点.
