少弱畸精子症患者服用营养素前后精子质量、生育率及丙二醛含量的变化

         

摘要

Objective To observe the changes of sperm quality, fertility rate and malondialdehyde( MDA ) content in patients with less-weak-malformation sperms before and after taking nutriments. Methods The 110 patients with less-weak-malformation sperms were enrolled in the study, whose semen was detected according to WHO semen analysis methods. The content of MDA in serum and seminal plasma was detected by penthiobarbital acid colorimetry. The pregnancy diagnosis was performed by B ultrasound for the patients' spouses in order to determine fertility rate. The experimental results were analyzed by means of own control before and after taking nutriments. Results Before and after taking nutrients,the patients' average sperm densities were( 19. 6 ±0. 89 ) 106/ml vs( 39. 45 ± 3. 07 ) lOVml, average sperm vigor was( 21. 31 ± 3. 91 )% vs( 35. 03 ± 3. 85 )% , average sperm deformity rates were( 86. 85 ± 8. 39 )% vs( 52. 99 ± 9. 97 )% , and the MDA levels in serum were( 0. 167 ± 0.071 ) nmol/ml vs( 0. 103 ±0. 015 ) nmol/ml, which in seminal plasma were( 0. 183 ±0. 016 ) nmol/ml vs (0.092 ±0.011 ) nmol/ml, respectively, There were significant differences in these parameters mentioned above before and after taking nutrients( P <0. 01 ). Conclusion The nutrients can enhance the sperm density, sperm vigor and reduce sperm deformity rate in patients with less-weak-malformation sperms, which can reduce MDA contents in serum and seminal plasma so as to increase fertility rate.%目的 观察少弱畸精子症患者服用营养素前后精子质量,生育率和血清及精浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.方法 选择少弱畸精子症不育患者110例,按照WHO精液检验方法 进行精液常规检验.采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定血清和精浆中MDA含量.采用B超方法 对其配偶进行妊娠诊断,以确定生育率.本实验的分组为服用营养素前后自身对照.结果 服用营养素前后精子活力均值精子密度、精子活力、精子畸形率、MDA水平和生育率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 营养素可提高男性少弱畸精子症患者的精子密度,精子活力,降低精子畸形率,并使血清和清浆中MDA含量下降,生育率提高.本试验结果 为少弱畸精子症患者寻找更好的治疗方法 提供了依据.
