不同提取方法马勃中药材挥发性成分的GC-MS分析

         

摘要

目的:通过对马勃中挥发性成分的比较分析,以期为马勃类药材的质量控制与资源开发利用提供科学依据。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法和超声提取法提取马勃中挥发油类成分;运用GC-MS对马勃中挥发油成分进行分析鉴定。结果比较水蒸气蒸馏法和超声法提取的马勃挥发油的成分,水蒸气蒸馏法所得挥发油中主要化学成分为2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)和7-Amino-1,4-dimethylpyrimido [4,5-c]pyridazine-3,5-(1H,2H)-dione;乙酸乙酯超声提取法3种正品马勃的主要成分为十六烷酸乙酯;乙醚提超声取法的马勃挥发油中共有成分为2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)。结论不同品种、不同制备方法马勃挥发性成分存在明显差异。因此,对于马勃药材的质量控制尚需进一步规范化和标准化。本文研究结果为马勃药材质量控制提供了一定的参考和依据。%Objective To use GC-MS to analyze the volatile constituents of Lasiosphaera calvatia obtained by different extraction methods in order to provide scientific basis for evaluating and controlling the quality of Lasiosphaera calvatia.Methods 〗The volatile oil constituents in Lasiosphaera calvatia were extracted by steam distillation method and ethyl acetate ultrasound extraction method ,respectively ,then the volatile oil constituents in Lasiosphaera calvatia were analyzed and identified by means of GC-MS.Moreover the two kinds of extraction methods were compared .Results The volatile oil compositions extracted by steam distillation method were mainly phenol ,2,2'-methylenebis[6-(1,1-dimethylethy)]-4-methyl and 7-amino-1,4-dimethylpyrimido [4,5-c] pyridazine-3,5-(1H,2H)-dionethe,however, which extracted by ethyl acetate ultrasound extraction method were mainly hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester ,moreover, which extracted by ethyl ether extraction method were mainly the common composition of 2,2'-methylene double (4-methyl-6-tertiary butyl phenol ).Conclusion There are significant differences in the volatile constituents of Lasiosphaera calvatia extracted by different extraction methods , thus it is need to normalize and standardize the quality control of Lasiosphaera calvatia further .The research results in this article provide a certain reference and basis for quality control of puffballs .
