清热祛风活血止痛法治疗偏头痛50例临床研究

摘要

目的 观察清热祛风、活血止痛法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及对血清内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响.方法 将100例偏头痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例子清热祛风、活血止痛中药方散偏汤加减,对照组50例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗.2组均治疗1个月,随访6个月.检测2组治疗前后血清ET及CGRP含量,统计临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率96.00％,对照组总有效率82.00％,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组.2组治疗后血清ET含量较本组治疗前升高(P＜0.01),CGRP下降(P＜0.01),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 清热祛风、活血止痛法可明显提高偏头痛的临床疗效,可能与改善血清ET及CGRP含量有关.%Objective To observe the effect of Qingrequfeng Huoxuezhitong therapy on migraine and serum endothelial cells (ET) , calcitonin gene - related peptide (CGRP). Methods 100 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in treatment group received Qingrequfeng Huoxuezhitong therapy. 50 cases in control group received Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. The course was a month in two groups, follow - up was 6 months. The contents of ET and CGRP before and after treatment were measured. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (96. 00% ) was higher than that in control group (82. 00% , P < 0. 05). The content of ET after treatment was increased, the content of CGRP was decreased in two groups ( P < 0. 01). The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qingrequfeng Huoxuezhitong therapy can significantly increase clinical effect of migraine, this may be associated with improving serum ET and CGRP contents.
