目的：观察补中益气汤加味治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床疗效。方法将90例骨质疏松症老年患者随机分为2组。治疗组45例予补中益气汤加味治疗，对照组45例予鲑鱼降钙素治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计疗效，并观察治疗前后骨密度（ BMD ）情况。结果治疗组总有效率88．9％，对照组总有效率66．7％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后BMD均升高（P＜0．05），治疗组升高优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论补中益气汤加味治疗骨质疏松疗效确切。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi decoction on senile osteoporosis .Meth-od 90 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment control group ,which was treated by traditional Chinese medicine Buzhongyiqi Decoction , and control group,which was treated by Salmon Calcitonin Acetate . The course was four weeks in two groups .BMD before and after treatment were observed .Results The total effective rate in the treatment group (88.9%) was significantly higher than those in the control group (66.7%,P<0.05). BMD after treatment was increased in two groups (P<0.05).The increase in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhongyiqi decoction has been verified in clinical on the treatment of osteo -porosis,is worthy of clinical use .
