白藜芦醇粉对2型糖尿病患者血糖及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及丙二醛的影响

         

摘要

目的 观察白藜芦醇粉对2型糖尿病患者血糖及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响.方法 将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为4组,各15例. 高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组在基础治疗基础上加白藜芦醇粉,低剂量组:每次250 mg,每日2次口服;中剂量组: 每次350 mg,每日2次口服;高剂量组: 每次500 mg,每日2次口服;对照组为基础治疗.4组均治疗12周后统计临床疗效,观察4组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素(ISN)及血清SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、MDA情况.结果 低剂量组、中剂量组、对照组治疗后FPG、HbA1c及ISN与本组治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组治疗后FPG、HbA1c及ISN与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与低剂量组、中剂量组、对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).4组治疗前后血压、血脂及体质量指数(BMI)组内及组间比较差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05).高剂量组治疗后MDA、GSH-Px下降,SOD、CAT升高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与低剂量组、中剂量组、对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 白藜芦醇粉降低或稳定2型糖尿病患者的FPG、HbA1c和ISN与剂量相关,起效与用药时间相关,同时对SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、MDA也有调节或改善作用.%Objective To observe the effects of Resveratrol Extract Powder on blood sugar, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into group A, B, C, D, 15 cases in each group.The group A, B and C were treated by Resveratrol Extract Powder combined with basic treatment.Group A: each 250mg, twice daily for oral administration;Group B: each 350mg, twice daily oral administration;Group C: each 500mg, twice daily oral administration.Group D as the control group received basic treatment.The curative effect was evaluated after 12 weeks treatment.The fasting plasma-glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), insulin(ISN), and the serum SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, MDA before and after treatment were observed in four groups.Results There were no statistical differences on the FPG, HbA1c and ISN between before and after treatment in group A, B and D (P>0.05), and there were no statistical differences among three groups (P>0.05).There were statistical differences on the FPG, HbA1c and ISN between before and after treatment in group C (P<0.05), and there were statistical differences on above indexes after treatment as compared with group A, B and D (P<0.05).There were no statistical differences of intra-group and inter-group comparison on the blood pressure, blood fat and BMI before and after treatment among in four groups (P>0.05).The MDA and GSH-Px after treatment in group C were decreased, the SOD and CAT were increased, with statistical differences (P<0.05), and there were statistical differences on above indexes after treatment as compared with group A, B and D (P<0.05).Conclusion Resveratrol Extract Powder has the effects decreasing or stabilizing the FPG, HbA1c and ISN, which is related with its dosage, onset and medication time.Meanwhile, Resveratrol Extract Powder can adjust or improve the SOD, GSH-Px, CAT and MDA.
