中国与新加坡绿色建筑评价标准体系对比

摘要

简要介绍了中国绿色建筑标准，BREEAM，LEED，CASBEE，DGNB 以及新加坡Green Mark 等绿色建筑评价体系的发展历史。深入分析了 GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》和新加坡 Green Mark 国际中文版评价标准（1．0版）在评价方法、评价指标、评价内容、评价等级划分以及申请与奖励机制等方面的异同，并结合实际工程案例进行对比，为中国绿色建筑评价标准的完善提供了参考。%Presents the development of China green building system,BREEAM,LEED,CASBEE, DGNB and Singapore BCA Green Mark System.Performs the comparative analysis between GB/T 50378—2014 Evaluation standard for green building and BCA Green Mark International (Version RB/1.0 and NRB/1.0)in aspects of evaluation method,indicators,content,certification levels,application and incentive policies.Combined with an actual project,performs the comparison,which provides references for the improvement of China green building assessment system.
