世博A片区分布式能源系统设计及运行策略分析

         

摘要

将冷、热、电三联供及蓄能耦合的分布式能源系统应用于世博A片区,在负荷计算的基础上,分析比较了“以热(冷)定电”和“以电定热(冷)”两种系统配置方式;根据上海市能源价格,计算了各供能设备的运行成本,分析比较了“蓄能优先”和“三联供优先”两种运行策略。在允许发电上网的政策下,综合考虑能源利用效益及经济效益,推荐采用“蓄能优先、以热(冷)定电、按需发电及供热(冷)、自发自用、热(冷)电平衡”的系统配置及运行策略,并以冬、夏季典型日为例,给出了供能系统使用顺序及能量平衡图。%Applies the distributed energy system that coupled with the CCHP (combined cooling, heating and power)and energy storage to the district A of Shanghai World Expo.Based on the calculation of cooling load and heating load,analyses two energy system configuration schemes,namely “thermal demand management (TDM)”and “electrical demand management (EDM)”.According to the energy price in Shanghai,calculates the operation cost of energy supply equipments,and compares two operation strategies,i.e.“energy storage in priority”and“CCHP in priority”.With the policy support of exporting electricity of the CCHP system to electric grid,considering the energy utilization efficiency and economic benefit,recommends the allocation principle and operation strategy that “energy storage in priority, thermal demand management,produce thermal and electric load according to the demand,generated for local use,balance thermal and electric load”.Taking two typical days in summer and winter respectively as examples,gives the priority in order for the energy supply system and the energy equilibrium diagram.
