医疗服务质量对医患关系的影响研究——基于患者视角

         

摘要

This paper employed the revised SERVQUAL scale and the PDRQ-15 scale of Chinese version to investigate the perception of medical service quality and the evaluation of doctor-patient relationship among 1256 patients. Descriptive statistics, partial correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the quality of medical service and its dimensions had significant positive correlation with the doctor-patient relationship, among which the humanization of service, effectiveness and economy had greater influence on the relationship between doctors and patients. Therefore, the improvement of the relationship between doctors and patients should focus on strengthening the humanized service management in hospitals, enhancing the effectiveness of medical services, and at the same time reducing the economic burden of patients.%运用修订后的SERVQUAL量表和汉化版医患关系量表(PDRQ-15)对1256名患者的医疗服务质量感知和医患关系评价进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计、偏相关分析和多元线性回归对数据进行统计学分析.结果显示:医疗服务质量及其各维度和医患关系均存在显著的正相关关系,其中服务人性化、有效性和经济性对医患关系的影响较大.因此认为,医患关系的改善要着重加强医院的人性化服务管理,在注重提升医疗服务有效性的同时,减轻患者经济负担.
