彩超检查对亚急性甲状腺炎诊治的临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨彩超检查对亚急性甲状腺炎诊治的临床意义。方法对50例临床疑似亚急性甲状腺炎患者进行彩超检查，确诊后给予强的松治疗，停药后对患者进行为期4个月至1年的随访。结果全部患者在治疗期间均无显著不良反应，超声组患者的临床治愈率、复发率均显著优于临床组患者（P<0.05）；在强的松治疗时间以及给药总剂量方面，两组患者比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论在对亚急性甲状腺炎患者进行临床诊断和治疗时，彩超检查能有效提高临床治愈率，降低复发率，值得临床推广和应用。%Objective To study the clinical significance of subacute thyroiditis diagnosed and treated with color ultrasonogra-phy examination.Methods 50 cases of patients with suspect subacute thyroiditis were given color ultrasonography examination.Af-ter confirmed,they were treated with prednisone.After drug withdrawal,the patients with suspect subacute thyroiditis were given a 4 months to 1 year of follow-up.Results All patients had no significant adverse reactions during the treatment,the clinical cure rate and recurrence rate of patients in the ultrasound group were significantly better than patients in the clinical group(P<0.05);In terms of the treatment time and the total dosage of prednisone,there were no statistical significance differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion When the patients with subacute thyroiditis are made clinical diagnosis and treatment,the color ultrasonog-raphy examination can effectively improve the clinical cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of clinical popularization and ap-plication.
