乡村振兴背景下现代高效农业示范园区科技支撑探析:以贵州省为例

摘要

To provide reference for the construction and development of scientific and technological supporting system of agricultural park, the method of spot investigation and deep interview was used for analyzing the present situation and existing problems of research on support efficiency of science and technology of agricultural park.Moreover, the management department and the main management body of20 provincial agricultural parks in Guizhou were interview by means of the combination of monitoring data and specific cases of agricultural park.The results show that:The modern high efficiency agricultural park had become an important platform for the development of modern agriculture and industrial upgrading.At the same time, the park still has some problems, such as imperfect science and technology service system, insufficient supply of science and technology, lack of technology supply and demand, scientific and technological innovation and promotion mechanism.Six corresponding countermeasures were put forward in several aspects as follows:From the agricultural science and technology innovation and the effective supply, government support and policy support and system of organization and management of science and technology, science and technology service platform, talent support, system construction of spread agricultural technology, and so on.%为农业园区科技支撑体系建设和园区发展提供参考.通过实地调研与深度访谈, 以园区监测数据与具体个案实地调研相结合, 对20个贵州省省级农业园区的相关管理部门和经营主体进行访谈, 分析园区科技支撑成效的现状及存在问题.调研发现, 现代高效农业示范园区已成为贵州省现代农业发展和产业转型升级的重要平台.园区发展存在科技服务体系不完善、科技供给不足、科技供求不适应、科技创新与推广机制有待完善等问题.从园区农业科技创新和有效供给、政府支持、政策扶持与科技体系组织管理、科技服务平台、科技人才支撑及基层农业技术推广体系建设等6方面提出相应的对策建议.
