褪黑激素对绒山羊绒毛生长的影响及其作用机理研究进展

摘要

The effects of melatonin on the cashmere growth in cashmere goats were reviewed, and the function of melatonin which improves on cashmere growth was proved by lots of experiments. Mechanisms of melatonin on the cashmere growth were also discussed: melatonin is not directly regulating the cashmere growth but possibly acting via changes in the secretion of insulin-like growth factor or prolactin, or regulating the deiodinase gene expression in skin, or the change of al ternative splicing of prolactin receptor gene.%综述了褪黑激素对绒山羊绒毛生长的影响,指出褪黑激素对绒山羊绒毛生长具有促进作用;讨论了褪黑激素促绒毛生长的作用机理:褪黑激素是通过影响类胰岛素生长因子或催乳素的分泌间接影响绒毛生长;是通过调控皮肤组织中脱碘酶基因表达或者改变皮肤中催乳素受体基因可变剪接规律影响绒毛生长.为在绒山羊养殖业中更好地应用褪黑激素提供了参考.
