杂交酸模离体条件下对盐胁迫的生理响应

         

摘要

为探索不同NaCl浓度胁迫对离体条件下杂交酸模97-1种子萌发及幼苗生理指标的影响,利用组织培养方法研究NaCl盐胁迫对杂种酸模97-1萌发生长的影响及其生理响应,结果表明:种子发芽率与NaCl浓度呈极显著负相关,种子萌发的耐盐临界值约为0.93%,NaCl浓度在1.6%~1.8%时发芽率<10%;随NaCl浓度增加,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,而叶绿素a/b比值无明显变化;随着盐浓度的增长杂交酸模97-1细胞膜透性增大,丙二醛含量升高;游离脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量与NaCl浓度呈正相关.%The seed germination and sapling physiological index of Rumex 97-1 cultured in vitro under different salt stress were studied. The results showed that there was a very significant negative correlation between seed germination rate and NaCl concentration, the critical value of salt tolerance for seed germination was 0.93%, The seed germination was below 10% when NaCl concentration was 1.6%~1.8%, the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll presented a first rise and then declining trend with increase of NaCl concentration, but the chlorophyll a-chlorophyll b ratio had no obvious change, the membrane permeability and MDA content increased with increase of NaCl concentration and there was a positive correlation between NaCl concentration and free praline, soluble sugar content.
