青霉菌灭活菌丝体与一株木霉菌组合在烤烟苗上的应用效果

         

摘要

为了提高烟草育苗质量,给其苗期病害的生物防治提供科学依据,以红花大金元烟草种子、青霉菌灭活菌丝体、青霉菌灭活菌丝体十绿色木霉菌的混合物为材料,采用漂浮育苗试验和盆栽试验研究不同菌剂在烟草苗期的应用效果及对烟苗素质和抗病性的影响.结果表明:1)在漂浮育苗基质中加入混合剂型霉菌(DMP+Tr)与加入单一霉菌(DMP)相比,能显著提高烟草的出苗率、增强烟苗素质、有效防治苗期黑胫病,其最佳施用量为0.2g/株.2)烟苗移栽20d,用3.5g/株混合剂型(DMP+Tr)霉菌灌施,其几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性显著高于用等量DMP的烟苗,且其酶活性可最长时间的维持较高水平.%The float seedling-raising and pot experiments of Honghuadajinyuan (a flue-cured tobacco variaty) were conducted to study effects of DMP and DMP + Tr mixture on seedling quality and disease resistence.The float seedling-raising substrate added with DMP + Tr mixture could improve the emergence rate,seedling quality and resistance to tobacco black shank significantly compared with the float seedling-raising substrate added with DMP and the optimum application dosage of DMP + Tr mixture was 0.2g/plant.The chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activity of tobacco seedlings irrigated with DMP + Tr mixture (3.5g/plant) was significantly higher than that irrigated with DMP (3.5g/plant) and the enzyme active could keep the higher level during the maximum duration.
