论高校辅导员工作中现代传媒手段的科学化运用

高校辅导员开展工作要注意现代传媒手段的科学化运用。具体来说,一是要把现代传媒手段与传统管理模式相结合,进行思想政治教育;二是要加强学生利用现代传媒技术的主动性与积极性,完成班级事务管理;三是要加强现代传媒技术运用的监督,提高辅导员运用现代传媒手段的实效性。%College counselors work should pay attention to the scientific use of modern media means.Specifically,first,to put the modern media means and the traditional management mode of the combination,advance the ideological and political education;second,to enhance students' initiative and enthusiasm of the use of modern media technology,completion of the class transaction management;third,to strengthen the modern media technology supervision,improve the use of college counselors to use the effectiveness of the means of modern media.
