花样踢毽基本动作运动医学的初步研究

摘要

Mood shuttlecock is one of Chinese traditional sports, which is seldom connected with modem science. This article analyzes the muscle participation and innervation in basic actions of mood shuttlecock, including pan, ti, bcng, and guai. Specifi- cally, elaborate lower limbs action controlled by central nervous system is analyzed. The principle of central nervous system expla- ins why upper limbs swing unnaturally, and further helps eliminate the redundant swing through conscious control.%花样踢毽是中国传统体育项目,现代科学与之结合较少。本文分析了花样踢毽的基本动作盘、磕,绷,拐的主要参与肌肉与神经支配,对中枢神经系统控制的精细的下肢运动进行了分析。最后通过中枢神经系统的工作原理解释了踢毽时的上肢不自然摆动的原因,并指出可以在练习过程中通过有意识地控制消除这些多余动作。
