浅谈坚持依法从教与保护高校大学生隐私权

摘要

The rule of law from teaching process is a necessary part of the process of teaching their teachers proposed speci-fications and requirements. However, the current law examples and lessons learned from teaching common field of higher education in our country, there has been serious damage to the interests of students, especially privacy. This paper analyzes the importance of protecting the privacy of students;citing violations of student privacy phenomenon, from teaching adhere to the law, to protect students' privacy measures.%依法从教是依法治国进程中必要的组成部分，其对教学过程中的老师提出了规范和要求。但当前在我国的高等教育领域中违法从教的事例和教训屡见不鲜，已经严重损害了学生的各项权益，特别是隐私权。本文通过分析保护学生隐私权的重要性，列举侵犯学生隐私权的现象，提出坚持依法从教，保护学生隐私权的措施。
