创业精神促进高校教师工作的研究

在整个中国动员全国开展创新创业活动的大背景下，创业精神的培养对高校教师显得尤为重要；要明确创新和创业的含义，分析创业精神与高校教师的关系，探讨创业精神促进高校教师工作的方法研究，最终阐明创业精神内涵要求要将工作视为天职。创业精神作为一种态度、方法应渗透于每个人，每个领域，每个区域，乃至整个国家。%In the context of the whole China launched a nationwide mobilization activities innovation and entrepreneurship, fostering entrepreneurship of college teachers is particularly important;to clear the meaning of innovation and entrepreneurship, analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship and university teachers, and to explore the promotion of entrepreneurship of University Tea-chers Work method ultimately clarify the requirements of the connotation of entrepreneurship to work as vocation.
