应用异甘草酸镁治疗重症手足口病伴肝功能损伤的疗效分析

摘要

目的探讨应用异甘草酸镁治疗重症手足口病伴肝功能损伤的疗效.方法对我科2011年4月至12月收治的34例伴有肝损伤的重症手足口病患儿静滴异甘草酸镁治疗.结果经治后 ALT 由(167.13±77.58)U/L 降至(116.45±59.65)U/L,AST 由(159.42±115.27) U/L 降至(88.58±45.73)U/L,P 均<0.05,具有显著统计学意义.结论应用异甘草酸镁治疗儿童重症手足口病伴肝功能损伤,疗效确切,花费不高,值得临床推广.%　　Objective To explore an efficacy about treatment of severe Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease (HFMD) and associated liver injury with using the Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection. Methods We treated 34 patients with severe Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease and associated liver injury using the Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection from April 2011 to December 2011. Results After the treatment,ALT was from(167.13±77.58)U/L to (116.45 ± 59.65)U/L, AST was from (159.42±115.27)U/L to (88.58±45.73)U/L, P<0.05, which had statistically significant. Conclusions We treated Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease and associated liver injury using the Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection which was good efficacy, low-cost and worthy of promotion.
