术前多形式化访视对手术患者治疗效能感及睡眠的影响研究

摘要

目的：研究观察术前多形式化访视对手术患者治疗效能感及睡眠的影响。方法将2011年11月至2013年7月本院的74例手术患者根据随机分配的方式分为对照组（术前常规访视组）37例和观察组（术前多形式化访视组）37例，然后将两组患者分别于访视前后采用GSES量表及AIS量表进行治疗效能感及睡眠状态的评估，并将评估结果进行比较。结果访视前两组患者的GSES量表及AIS量表评估结果均无显著性差异，P均＞0.05，而访视后观察组两个量表的评分均好于对照组，P均＜0.05，两组访视后均有显著性差异。结论术前多形式化访视对手术患者治疗效能感及睡眠的影响更为积极，更有助于改善患者的术前状态。%Objective To study and observe the inlfuence of preoperative polymorphic type interview for the treatment efifcacy and sleep of patients with operation. Methods 74 patients with operation in our hospital from November 2011 to July 2013 were divided into control group(routine preoperative interview group)37 cases and observation group(preoperative polymorphic type interview group)37 cases according to the random allocation method,then the treatment efifcacy and sleep state of two groups were evaluated with GSES score and AIS score before and after the interview,and the evaluation results were compared. Results The GSES score and AIS score evaluation results of two groups before the interview had no signiifcant differences,both P>0.05,while the two scores evaluation results of observation group were both better than those of control group,both P<0.05,those of two groups after the interview had signiifcant differences. Conclusion The inlfuence of preoperative polymorphic type interview for the treatment efifcacy and sleep of patients with operation is more active,and it is more helpful for the preoperative state of patients.
