胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能的影响研究

摘要

目的：探讨胰岛素泵治疗（CSⅡ）对确诊2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者胰岛功能的影响。方法将T2DM患者60例随机分为A组和B组， A组经CSII治疗。B组采用胰岛素诺和锐30皮下注射治疗。对比治疗2周前后患者空腹血糖（FPG），餐后2h血糖（2hPG），胰岛素抵抗指数（HomaIR），胰岛素分泌指数（Homaβ）的变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者血糖均较治疗前显著下降，但两组间比较无统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与B组比较，A组HomaIR明显降低（P＜0.05），Homaβ显著升高（P＜0.05）。结论CSII治疗能显著恢复T2DM患者胰岛素β细胞的功能，减轻胰岛素抵抗。%Objective To investigate the effect of insulin function of insulin pump in treatment with type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 60 T2DM patients were divided into A and B groups randomly. A group were treated with CSⅡand B group were treated with for 2 weeks.The changes of FPG, 2hPG,HomaIR, Homaβwere observed. Results Blood glucose in two groups were signiifcantly decreased than before treatment,and there were no signiifcant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). HomaIR in A groups were signiifcantly lower than those in B groups (P<0.05).Homaβin A groups were signiifcantly increased than those in B groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin pump therapy can signiifcantly restore beta cells in insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes.
