显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of microsurgical operation in the treatment of glioma. Methods a retrospective analysis of our department in 2007 January, 72 patients with brain glioma resection -2012 year in December under the microscope operation cases. Results In 72 cases, subtotal resection in 51 cases, subtotal in 16 cases, subtotal resection in 5 cases. Postoperative recovery was good in 46 cases, 16 cases improved, 10 cases of hemiplegia, aphasia, no death case. Patients were followed up for 1 ~ 5 years, 42 patients could take care of themselves, 21 cases of recurrence, 13 cases of re operation, 8 cases of death. Conclusion Microsurgical operation resection in the treatment of brain glioma with little trauma, satisfactory curative effect, less complications.%目的：探讨脑胶质瘤显微手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我科2007年1月至2012年12月显微镜下手术切除的72例脑胶质瘤患者的病例资料。结果72例全切除51例，次全切16例，大部分切除5例。术后恢复良好46例，好转16例，偏瘫、失语10例，无死亡病例。随访1～5年，42例患者生活能自理，21例复发，13例再次手术，死亡8例。结论显微外科手术切除治疗脑胶质瘤创伤小，疗效满意，并发症少。
