Objective To introduce the situation of outpatient prescription assessment and rational drug use in our hospital, in order to improve the quality of prescription and provide reference for the implementation of prescription assessment system. Methods A total of 30505 prescriptions were collected from Jun 2009 to Jun 2012, in which the irrational part was commented statistically by amount and type. Results The rate of irrational drug use was decreased year by year, obviously in 2011, which was reduced from 27.5%to 9.2%. Conclusion A proportion of irrational drug use still partly exists in our hospital. It’s suggested that enhancing the training of rational drug use, introducing the idea of pharmacovigilance, formulating relevant regulations and system;and setting the electronic hospital formulary are of great need in our hospital.% 目的介绍我院处方点评工作及合理用药的情况，为更好地实施处方点评评制度，提高处方质量，促进合理用药提供参考。方法抽取2009年6月至2012年6月的处方30505张，统计不合理处方张数，不合格处方的类型，并对不合格处方进行点评。结果处方不合格率逐年下降（尤以2011年使用电子处方后最为明显）由27.5%降至9.2%。结论我院仍存在一定比例的不合理用药。应加强合理用药的知识培训，引入药物警戒的理念，制定相应的规章制度，制定医院电子处方集
