急性脑出血与心电图改变的关系研究

摘要

目的：探讨急性脑出血患者心电图变化特点并研究急性脑出血与心电图改变的关系。方法筛选2010年1月至2014年6月我院收治的急性脑出血患者120例，作为研究对象。患者收治入院后即采用常规十二导联心电图及24h动态心电图进行动态心电图监控，中间监护时间段为入院初期、治疗初期及治疗后的心电图变化，统计所有心电图检查结果并进行统计学分析，研究急性脑出血与心电图改变的关系。结果急性脑出血患者的主要心电图表现即为心律失常或ST-T段改变，与其他心电图表现存在显著差异，P<0.05，具有统计学意义；其中以脑叶、壳核、丘脑、蛛网膜下腔、小脑出血表现心电图变化特异性较高。结论急性脑出血患者出血部位及患者的实际病情是影响心电图变化的主要原因，主要集中在中、重度急性脑出血患者中。% Objective To investigate the characteristics of ECG changes in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and to study the relationship between acute cerebral hemorrhage and electrocardiographic changes. Methods Screened 120 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage  in our hospital for admission from January 2010 to June 2014 for the study. Patients were used a conventional 12-lead ECG Holter monitoring after admitted to hospital, intermediate care period for ECG changes in the initial hospitalization, the initial treatment and post-treatment, statistics of all ECG results were statistically analyzed, studied the relationship between acute cerebral hemorrhage and electrocardiographic changes. Results The main ECG in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage was arrhythmia or ST-T segment changes, there were significant differences with other ECG, P<0.05, there was statistically significant; Among lobe, putamen, thalamus, arachnoid lower chamber, cerebellar hemorrhage of ECG changes were high speciifcity. Conclusion The bleeding site and the actual disease in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage is the main reason impacting of the patient's electrocardiogram changes, mainly in moderate to severe acute cerebral hemorrhage patients.
