目的：分析和探讨开瑞坦联合万乃洛韦治疗的可行性和安全性。方法将2011年3月至2014年3月来我站生殖保健科治疗的56例生殖器疱疹患者作为研究对象并按照随机双盲对照的原则分为对照组和观察组各28例，对照组患者治疗上仅给予万乃洛韦治疗，而观察组患者治疗上则采取开瑞坦联合万乃洛韦方案联合治疗，观察两组的临床治疗效果和症状、体征消退时间。结果对照组患者的临床治疗效果明显不如观察组患者，且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的症状和体征消退时间明显短于对照组患者，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于生殖器疱疹的患者在治疗的过程中采取开瑞坦联合万乃洛韦治疗，不仅提高了患者的治疗有效率，而且能够快速减轻患者痛苦和缓解症状，值得临床推荐。%Objective To analysis and discussion of the feasibility and safety of Claritin jointed valacyclovir therapy. Methods Selected 56 genital herpes patients coming our hospital dermatology hospitalization from March 2011 to March 2014 as research subjects,according to the principles of randomized double-blind controlled divided into control group and observation group, all 28 cases, the control group of patients were given only valacyclovir therapy, patients in the observation group were taken Claritin jointed valacyclovir combined treatment,observation of clinical effect and symptoms ,signs subside time. Results The clinical treatment of patients of control group was not signiifcantly better than the observation group, the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);observation group of patients with symptoms and signs subsided time were signiifcantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Conclusion For genital herpes patients to take Claritin jointed valacyclovir therapy in treatment process, not only improve the efifciency of the treatment, and can quickly relieve patients’ pain and relieve symptoms, it is worthy of recommended .
