血液灌流联合血液透折治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床研究

摘要

Objective Purposes make an analysis of the clinical effects of curing heavily organophosphorous pesticide toxicosis with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis. Methods Collect 120 patients of heavily organphosphorous pesticide toxicosis, analysis of blood perfusion with hemodialysis therapy effect. Results According to the research, the clinical effects of the patients treated with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis, are better than the other two groups. Conclusion The clinical effects of using hemoperfusion and hemodialysis to cure organophosphorous pesticide poisoning is great, so worthy of being used and popularized on the clinical treatment.%目的：分析血液灌流联合血液透析治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法对120例重度有机磷农药中毒患者进行研究分析，分析血液灌流联合血液透析治疗效果。结果研究结果显示，联合治疗组的效果明显优于其余两组（P＜0.05）。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗重度有机磷农药中毒具有良好的临床疗效，值得在临床应用上推广。
