BiPAP治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并OSAHS的疗效分析

摘要

目的：观察双水平气道正压通气（BiPAP）治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的疗效。方法将48例COPD合并OSAHS患者（即重叠综合征OS）进行BiPAP治疗10 d后，对其治疗前后的血气分析、多导睡眠监测（PSG）以及肺功能进行比较。结果治疗后患者血气分析值PaO2、PaCO2以及肺功能FEV1/FVC%较治疗前明显好转（P＜0.05），PSG监测呼吸睡眠暂停低通气指数（AHI）、最长呼吸暂停时间、平均及最低血氧饱和度、慢波深睡眠、总呼吸暂停次数较治疗前明显好转（P＜0.05）。结论对于COPD合并OSHAS的重叠综合征患者，BiPAP治疗效果确切。%Objective To observe the effect of bilevel positive airway pressure(BiPAP) in the patients with overlap syndrome(OS). Methods 48 cases of patients with OS were given positive airway pressure treatment, after 10 days, the data of the blood gas analysis, lung function and polysomnography(PSG) were analysed and compared before and after treatment. Results After treatments, the PaO2、PaCO2、FEV1/FVC%and the datas of PSG were improved markedly(P<0.05). Conclusion BiPAP ventilation is an effective treatment in OS patients.
