中西药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

目的：探讨中西药结合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法使用西药甲氨蝶呤，米非司酮和宫外孕Ⅱ号方结合治疗异位妊娠，定期观察患者的临床表现及治疗效果。结果1例患者治疗过程中出现轻微腹痛，2例患者出现剧烈腹痛，1例出现轻度肝功能损害，治疗成功率为90.625%。结论甲氨蝶呤，米非司酮和宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗异位妊娠的方法成功率高，对身体伤害小，并且无明显的副作用，可以在临床上推广使用。%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
