亲和护理在胃癌根治患者围手术期中的应用

摘要

目的：探究亲和护理在胃癌根治术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取我院自2011年1月至2013年1月收治的胃癌患者120例，将其作为临床研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组患者60例。试验组患者围手术期实施亲和护理；对照组则给予常规护理。观察两组患者围手术期的焦虑情绪、对疼痛的耐受程度及治疗配合情况等。结果实验组患者的焦虑情绪明显低于对照组，实验组患者对疼痛的耐受程度及配合治疗情况明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论亲和护理能够降低患者围手术期焦虑情绪，提高对疼痛的耐受程度，保持积极乐观的态度接受手术治疗。%Objective To explore the application effect ofaffinity nursing care of radical operation during peri operative periodin patients with gastric cancer. Conclusion Nursingcan reduce theaffinityin the peri operation period of anxiety,raise the tolerance forpain,maintain a positive and optimistic attitude and actively accept operation treatment.
