Objectives To observe the short-term curative effect and toxicity of the combination of chemotherapy with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 41 case of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were studied. All patients were treated with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin. And it was compared with the general plan. (Gemcitabine was given on the day 1 and 8 at a dose of 1000mg/m2 and Cisplatin on the ifrst day at a dose of 100 mg/m2. Stops spits and hydrated diuresis were given in the treatment. The chemotherapy was repeated every 4 weeks and a period of treatment included≥2 therapy). Result In the treatment group there were 21 cases, CR 1 case, PR 9 cases, RR47.62%. Its short-term clinical effect overmatched the effect of the control group. The main toxicity was marrow inhibition and digestive tract reaction. Conclusion The combination regimen of Gemcitabine and Cisplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Toxicity is small.%目的：观察吉西他宾联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及毒性反应。方法对41例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分别采用吉西他宾+顺铂联合化疗方案（第1天和第8天吉西他宾1000mg/m2，静脉输注；第1天顺铂100mg/m2静脉输注，治疗期间给予止吐及水化利尿治疗，4周为1个疗程，治疗≥2个疗程）及一般治疗方案对照。结果治疗组21例中CR1例，PR9例，RR47.62%，近期疗效明显优于对照组。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论采用吉西他宾联合顺铂化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者有较好疗效，不良反应小。
