热毒宁在儿科支气管肺炎中的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察热毒宁注射液治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法对我院儿科住院肺炎200例随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患儿均采用抗感染、止咳、雾化吸入常规治疗，治疗组加入热毒宁，对照组使用利巴韦林，观察两组疗效。结果治疗组在咳嗽、发热、喘息、肺部湿鸣音和住院时间等方面均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），未见明显不良反应。结论热毒宁注射液治疗病毒性肺炎安全有效。%Objective Observed Reduning Injection the clinical efifcacy of the treatment of bronchial pneumonia. Methods Our hospital 200 cases of pediatric inpatient pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients were using anti-infection, antitussive, inhalation conventional treatment, treatment group joined reduning, control group, the use of ribavirin, effects were observed. Results In the treatment group, cough, fever, wheezing, Lung wet beep and Hospital stay time were shorter than the control group, difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05), no signiifcant adverse reactions. Conclusion Reduning injection in the treatment of viral pneumonia safe and effective.
