目的：分析急性脑卒中急诊快捷护理流程的应用效果。方法选择在本院接受急诊治疗的118例急性脑卒中患者作为研究对象，分别给予常规护理及快捷护理，比较两组患者的平均接诊时间、致残率及病死率等情况差异。结果观察组患者平均接诊时间（16.84±1.74）min明显短于对照组（t=2.185，P<0.05），致残率（8.47%）、病死率（5.08%）明显低于对照组（χ2=4.382、3.482，P<0.05）。结论快捷护理流程可以有效缩短急性脑卒中患者的接诊时间、降低患者致残率及病死率。%Objective To analyze the effect of emergency quickly nursing process in acute stroke. Methods 118 patients with acute stroke receiving emergency treatment in our hospital were as research subjects, given routine nursing and emergency quickly nursing, the average time, the rate of disability and mortality were compared between two groups. Results Average admissions time was(16.84±1.74)min, was signiifcantly shorter than that in the control group (t=2.185, P<0.05), the rate of disability was 8.47%, the rate of mortality was 5.08%, signiifcantly lower than those in the control group (χ2=4.382, 3.482, P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency quickly nursing can effectively shorten the time of admissions in patients with acute stroke, reduce the rate of disability and mortality.
