目的：了解门诊患者就诊用药的基本情况和趋势，促进医院合理用药水平的提高。方法采用回顾性分析，对抽取的处方用处方点评工作表填表后进行统计分析。结果共抽取处方1200张，平均每张处方用药品种数为2.4，抗菌药物使用百分率占34.5%，注射剂使用百分率占28.4%，国家基本药物占处方用药的百分率75.5%，药品通用名占处方用药的百分率99.9%，平均每张处方金额为53.9元。结论我院存在一定不合理用药现象，有待进一步改进。%Objective To understand out-patient medication general situation and trend,to prompt the rational use of drug in our Ahospital. Methods Using a retrospective analysis, out-patient prescriptions were selected for statistical analysis with prescription evaluation list. Results 1200 out-patient prescriptions were randomly extracted, 2.4 kinds of drugs were used in each prescription on average, the precentage of the use of antimiccrobial agents was 34.5%,the precentage of the injection use was 28.4%,essential drugs for the prescription drugs precentage was 75.5%, the use rate of generic grugs name was 99.9%, the average consumption sum per prescription was 53.9 RMB. Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational drug use exist in some extent in hospital,the non-standed prescriptions remain to be further improved.
