经腹直肠癌切除术后吻合口瘘的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨经腹直肠癌切除术后吻合口瘘的原因，预防及治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2003年~2013年经腹直肠癌根治术临床资料共408例。结果本组无死亡病例，发生吻合口瘘28例，均通过保守治疗后愈合恢复。单因素分析发现患者性别，肿瘤下缘距肛缘距离，术前合并肠梗阻和糖尿病与吻合口瘘的发生有关（P ＜0.05）。结论吻合口瘘发生后治疗重在盆腔通畅引流，采用双套管引流非手术治疗的方法是最好的方法，值得在临床上推广使用。%Objective To investigate the cause of the anastomotic fistula after abdominal rectal cancer resection, prevention and treatment.
