目的：探讨全面护理干预在小儿荨麻疹治疗中应用效果。方法收集我院儿科小儿荨麻疹患儿50例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25例，患者均给予常规的治疗和护理措施，观察组在常规护理基础上给予全面护理，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组有效率、复发率改善比对照组明显，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组瘙痒、红肿消失时间均短于对照组的相应时间，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论全面护理干预明显提高小儿荨麻疹治疗有效率，降低复发率，值得临床推荐。%Objective Discusses the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with urticaria treatment effect. Methods To collect the hospital pediatric children with urticaria with 50 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group every 25 cases, patients were given conventional treatment and nursing measures, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing gives comprehensive nursing, observe two groups of treatment effect. Results The treatment efifcient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the recurrence rate was signiifcantly lower than control group, the difference is statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Itching, redness and swelling disappeared time observation group were shorter than control group in the corresponding time, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention improved obviously children with urticaria treatment efifciency, reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of clinical recommendations.
