社区护理干预对麻疹疫苗补充免疫接种率的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the community nursing intervention supplementary immunization of measles vaccine coverage.Method 864 children(8 months-4 years old) were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 432 children in each group, control group using conventional community care, observation group on the basis of conventional community nursing, community nursing intervention.Results In the control group of 393 children vaccinated, the vaccination rate is 91%, the observation group of 428 children vaccinated, vaccination rate was 99.1%, coverage observation group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion Community nursing intervention obviously increase the measles vaccination rates, and thus prevent the happening of the measles disease beter.%目的：探讨社区护理干预对麻疹疫苗补充免疫接种率的影响。方法将864例（8月龄~4岁）儿童随机分为对照组和观察组，每组432例儿童，对照组运用常规社区护理，观察组在常规社区护理的基础上，给予社区护理干预。结果对照组有393例儿童接种，接种率为91%，观察组有428例儿童接种，接种率为99.1%，观察组接种率明显高于对照组。结论社区护理干预明显提高麻疹疫苗接种率，从而更好的预防麻疹疾病的发生。
