气相色谱法-质谱法联用技术在三苯乙烯合成机理探究中的应用

         

摘要

Chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS) a technology that combines high-efficiency separation capability of gas chromatography and high structural analysis capabilities of mass spectrometry. Due to its high detection sensitivity and wide range of application, the technology is widely used in basic subject, medical field and environmental monitoring. In the field of basic chemistry, organic synthesis and synthetic methodology have been developed rapidly in recent years. In particular, new challenges have been posed to the mechanism research of new methods and new reactions. Chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to survey triphenylethylene synthesis in cascade Sonogashira-hydroarylation reaction. The results showed that the coupling reaction and the two steps of aromatization were realized step by step. It was presumed that the chlorobenzene as additive played an important role in two palladium-catalyzed reactions. This method would provide some ideas for the study of other organic reaction mechanisms.%气相色谱法-质谱法联用技术 (GC-MS) 是结合了气相色谱的高效分离能力和质谱强大的结构分析能力相互结合的技术, 由于其检测灵敏度高, 适用范围广等特点, 该技术被广泛应用于基础学科及医用环保等领域.在基础化学领域, 进年来有机合成及合成方法学飞速发展, 尤其对新方法新反应的机理研究提出了新的挑战, 本文采用气质联用技术对串联反应合成三苯乙烯的合成方法进行监测, 结果表明偶联反应和芳氢化两步反应是分步进行的, 同时推测出氯苯这种添加剂在结合两种钯催化的反应中有重要作用, 对其他有机反应的机理研究提供一定的思路.
