三井油化工艺法聚丙烯产品异味原因分析及对策

The petrochemical enterprises in the processing of the production's refined inferior crude propylene case , odor polypropylene of HYPOL process production technology of polypropylene device were analyzed to judge the effects caused by the complex sulfide shape .The trace sulfide to removal in the raw material was proposed in the process of HYPOL equipment during the production process to process control adjustment to reduce odor by polypropylene products and ensure quality improvement measures , and the reasonable process flow transformation route was put forward .%阐述了石化企业在加工生产南帕斯等劣质原油提炼丙烯情况下，三井油化工艺聚丙烯装置生产的聚丙烯树脂出现的异味进行了系统分析判断。针对原料中难以脱除的微量复杂形态硫化物造成的影响，提出了在三井优化工艺聚丙烯装置生产过程中如何通过工艺控制调整降低异味，保证聚丙烯产品质量的改善措施，并提出工艺流程合理改造路线。
