延长油田采出水的配伍性研究

摘要

为了降低长2与长6地层混合水回注地层时引起的结垢和腐蚀，通过离子含量、结垢量及失钙率等分析，研究了延长油田某采油厂长2和长6层产出水的混合性质。此外，对处理后混合水与地层水的配伍性进行研究，结果表明：长2与长6水按1：0.3~1：0.4比例混合结垢严重；而将该混合水与长6水按1：0.5混合后，配伍性较好，可以回注长6地层；长2与长6混合水回注到到长2地层时，结垢严重，因此混合水不宜回注到长2地层。%The mixed water properties of Chang-2 layer produced-water ( C-2 W ) and Chang-6 layer produced-water ( C-6W) in Yanchang oil production plant was studied, including ion content, scale and calcium loss rate, respectively, in order to reduce the scaling and corrosion to formation from C-2W and C-6W. Furthermore, the compatibility of the mixed water and layer produced-water was studied. It was showed that the phenomenon of scale was seriously when the ratio of C-2 W and C-6 W ranged from 1:0. 3 to 1:0. 4. When the ratio of the mixed water and C-6W was 1:0. 5, it showed good compatibility, so it can be reinjected into Chang-6 layer. While the mixed water was reinjected into Chang-2 layer, the phenomenon of scale was serious, so it should not be reinjected into Chang-2 layer.
