The influence of calcined temperature on the ZnFe2 O4 catalyst properties was investigated. The prepared catalysts were characterized by BET and XRD. The result showed that as the temperature increased, the catalyst particle size and surface area increased. The catalytic activity was closely related to the formation of the spinel. Sintering phenomenon was found when the calcined temperature exceeded 800 ℃ which decreased the dispersion and activity of the catalysts.%研究了以氧气为氧化剂时ZnFe2 O4催化剂的焙烧温度对异辛醇催化合成异辛酸性能的影响。使用XRD, BET对催化剂表征的数据显示:随着焙烧温度的升高,催化剂比表面积下降,晶粒直径增大,催化活性和尖晶石结构的形成密切相关。焙烧温度在700℃时催化剂具有最佳催化活性,异辛醇转化率和异辛酸收率分别为39.6%和18.5%,焙烧温度进一步升高会使催化剂烧结,导致催化活性下降。
