高频红外碳硫仪测定钢铁中硫含量的不确定度评定

         

摘要

According to the GB/T 20123-2006 method, sulfur content in steel was determinated by high-frequency infrared C -S analyzer, the corresponding measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The mathematical model was established, the determination process source of uncertainty of measurement was analyzed, each component of uncertainty was calculated, standard uncertainty was combined, the expanded uncertainty was calculated. According to the contribution, the sources of uncertainty in 3 main aspects of the determination methods were the instrument calibration, method of sample weight repeatability and accuracy.%按照GB/T 20123-2006的方法,利用高频红外碳硫仪测定钢铁中的硫含量,评定相应的测量不确定度。建立数学模型,分析测定过程中测量不确定度的来源,计算各不确定度分量,合成标准不确定度,求出扩展不确定度。本方法测定不确定度来源主要有3个方面,按贡献大小依次为:仪器校准、方法重复性和称样量准确性。
