短链木薯淀粉对NR-s-CST乳胶膜的溶胀及降解的影响∗

         

摘要

基于稳定的天然胶清乳液,采用活化改性的短链木薯淀粉接枝天然胶清制备NR-s-CST乳胶膜,研究了木薯淀粉对NR-s-CST乳胶膜的溶胀及降解的影响。结果表明,木薯淀粉的引入能提高其溶胀性,溶胀速率参数τ随着木薯淀粉用量增加而增大,溶胀过程中水分子遵循Fickian扩散机理。弱酸或弱碱环境能促进NR-s-CST乳胶膜溶胀,而高价态盐溶液会抑制NR-s-CST乳胶膜溶胀。木薯淀粉能明显提高NR-s-CST乳胶膜自然降解率。%Based on the stabilized skim natural rubber latex, the NR-s-CST latex film was prepared by grafting the modified short-chain cassava starch, and the effects of cassava starch on the swelling and biodegradation of NR-s-CST latex films were studied. The results showed that the cassava starch improved the swelling, swelling rate parameter τincreased with the increase of the dosage of cassava starch and water molecules in swelling process following the Fickian diffusion mechanism. Weak acid or alkali environment could promote the swelling capacity of the NR-s-CST latex films, and high valence salt solution could inhibit the swelling capacity of the NR-s-CST latex films. Cassava starch can significantly improve the natural degradation rate of NR-s-CST latex film.
