酸碱滴定实验的改革与实践∗

         

摘要

对《酸碱标准溶液的配制与标定》实验方法进行了改革。学生先用基准物标定自己配制的盐酸溶液浓度,再用比较滴定测定出公用氢氧化钠溶液浓度,其中氢氧化钠浓度以多名教师的测定数据作为参考值,使学生所标定的酸碱溶液浓度有了较为可靠的准确值参照。并制定相应的评分标准,使学生实验成绩客观公正且符合正态分布。此方案在中国地质大学长城学院实施10年的经验表明,这样改革加强了该实验对学生实验结果准确度的考核,调动了学生的实验积极性,促进了学生科学素养的养成。%A new method for the preparation and calibration of standard solution of acid and alkali was introduced. Compared with the traditional methods, the new method can more effectively investigate the accuracy of the data measured by students. A student used the reference substance to determine the concentration of the hydrochloric acid solution which was prepared by himself, and then used such a HCl solution to determine the concentration of NaOH solution which had been measured precisely by the teachers. What’s more, this program made the corresponding grading standards, so that the students’ experimental results were objective and fair and in line with the normal distribution. This program was implemented for 10 years in the China University of Geosciences Great Wall College, which showed that it had strengthened the experimental results of the students’ accuracy assessment, mobilized the enthusiasm of the students, and promoted the cultivation of students’ scientific literacy.
