紫外分光光度法测定萘哌地尔片中萘哌地尔的含量

         

摘要

A method for the content determination of Naftopidil in Naftopidil Tablets by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established. The determination was performed on the ultraviolet spectrophotometry after the Naftopidil extracted by absolute alcohol. The content of Naftopidil was calculated in determination absorbance of the solution at 283 nm wavelength. Naftopidil Tablets had good linear relationship between Abs and concentration of ethacridine ( r=0. 9995 ) ranging from 9. 96~49. 80 μg/mL, with an average recovery rate of 98. 84%, 100. 49%, 99. 37%, RSD was 0. 25%, 0. 12%, 0. 35%. The method was simple to operate, had high sensitivity, system accuracy and good repeatability, and could be used in the quality control of Naftopidil in Naftopidil Tablets.%采用紫外分光光度法测定萘哌地尔片中萘哌地尔含量。以无水乙醇为溶剂,在283 nm波长处测定溶液的吸光度,计算萘哌地尔的含量。萘哌地尔在9.96~49.80μg/mL浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系( r=0.9995),低、中、高三个浓度的平均回收率分别为98.84%、100.49%、99.37%, RSD分别为0.25%、0.12%、0.35%。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,结果准确,重现性好,可用于萘哌地尔片中萘哌地尔的质量控制。
