黄金冶炼厂含氰废水处理工艺研究及工程应用

         

摘要

Cyanide wastewater in a gold smelter was treated by “acidification+SO2-air” method.The test results showed that under the condition of pH value 2.5 , stripping temperature 30 ℃ and air liquid ratio of 400:1 , after acidification and blow off, the removal rate of Cu, zinc, Fe and TCN were 99.8%, 99.6%, 97.8% and 95.4%, respectively.Solution was treated by SO 2-air method after blowing off , the final concentration were Cu 0.32 mg/L, Zn 0.40 mg/L, TCN 0.34 mg/L in the treated water. Production results showed that cyanide wastewater treated by“acidification+SO2-air” method, achieved resource recovery of cyanide and copper , innocent treatment of cyanide and heavy metal ions.Cu, zinc and TCN in the treated water reached Grade Ⅰ requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB8978-1996 ) , with good economic and environmental benefits .%研究了“酸化法+SO2-空气法”处理黄金冶炼厂含氰废水工艺,小试研究结果表明:在酸化pH值2.5、吹脱温度30℃、吹脱气液比400:1的条件下进行酸化、吹脱, Cu、 Zn、 Fe、 TCN的去除率分别为99.8%、99.6%、97.8%、95.4%;吹脱后液再经SO2-空气法处理,出水Cu 0.32 mg/L、 Zn 0.40 mg/L、 TCN 0.34 mg/L;生产结果表明:“酸化法+SO2-空气法”处理含氰废水既可实现氰化物、铜的资源化回收,又能实现氰化物、重金属离子的无害化处理,最终出水 Cu、 Zn、 TCN 符合《GB8978-1996污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
