大型浮顶油罐所带来的火灾事故十分巨大,近年来发生的多起浮顶油罐密封圈雷击起火事故,都造成了一定的经济损失和环境危害。对国内外浮顶油罐一二次密封防雷技术研究现状进行了分析,结果显示:当油罐遭到雷击时,罐壁和浮盘之间难以做到等电位连接,在一定的电流下,会产生放电现象,表明针对浮顶油罐密封圈防雷的标准和措施并不能完全有效地防止其因雷击而发生火灾的事故;而通过消除可燃气体而达到防雷防爆目的的方法尚未有较多的理论研究。%Tank development tends to be large scale, bringing enormous fire. Floating roof tank seals lightning fire which occurred in recent years had caused economic loss and environmental hazard. Different lightning protection measures at home and abroad were analyzed, the result showed that it was difficult for tank wall and floating disk to achieve equipotential bonding, result in producing discharge in a certain current, and there was little theory research about eliminating oil vapor to achieve the purpose of the lightning protecion.
