In order to cultivate applied talents and serve local economy,taking Fine Chemical Industry course as an example,the problems encountered in the teaching process were discussed and two ways were put forward to improve the combination with the learning characteristics of students and career development planning.The first way was integrating teaching content and taking sub module teaching as the guide of local enterprise products.The second way was increasing experimental teaching to strengthen the skills as the goal so that students could experience real products.The combination of theory and practice mode of education can help students master the knowledge,develop innovative ability,and provide powerful theoretical support and practical experience for students in the future jobs.%以培养应用型人才和服务地方经济为原则,结合学生学习特点和职业发展规划,以《精细化工概论》课程为例,对教学过程中所遇到的问题进行了探讨,提出了两条改善途径,一是以当地企业产品为导向,整合教学内容,分模块教学;二是以强化技能为目标,增添实验教学,让学生体验真实产品.通过理论与实践相结合的教育模式,帮助学生掌握知识,发展创新创业能力,并为学生在今后的工作岗位中提供有力的理论保障和实践经验.
