微波消解-ICP-MS法测定昆布中15种稀土元素

         

摘要

A method to determine 15 rare earth elements in Ecklonia kurome by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.Working parameters of mass spectrometer was optimized,and the matrix effect and the mass spectrum interferences were corrected by the in-line addition of internal standard and the collided reaction cell technology(KED mode),respectively.The detection limits of these elements were in the range of 14.69~31.25 ng/L,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were in the range of 1.4%~6.7%,and the recoveries of 15 rare earth elements were in the range of 93.8%~108.6%.The results showed that the contents of Y,La,Ce and Nd in Ecklonia kurome were high.This analysis method was simple,rapid,accurate and fit to the determination of rare earth elements in Ecklonia kurome.%建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定昆布中15种稀土元素的方法,通过优化电感耦合等离子体质谱仪工作参数,使用内标和碰撞反应池技术(KED模式)消除基体干扰和质谱干扰.15种稀土元素的检出限在14.69~31.25 ng/L,方法精密度(RSD)1.4%~6.7%范围内,回收率在93.8%~108.6%范围内.结果表明,昆布中Y、La、Ce、Nd的含量较高.本方法快速灵敏准确,适用于昆布中15种稀土元素分析.
